COMMUNITY PARAMEDICS CLINICAL LEAD

Mark’s opportunities to learn and grow with extraordinary people have been the great gift of this life. Vocationally, this has meant saying “yes” to roles working with refugees, being a stay-at-home dad, as a chaplain (in hospitals, Hospice, prisons and Cuba), coordinating the Buncombe County Reentry Council, pastoring at Haywood St. Congregation, as a therapist with CareNet Counseling…and now as a part of the Buncombe County Community Paramedics and Counterflow. When he is not awestruck by all this, he loves playing the guitar, falling into a nap while reading a good book, cuddling up with his wife for an episode of the Great British Baking Show, running with his dog Lady through the woods…among many other things.
