ADMINISTRATIVE & COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Hi! I’m Rebekah Green. I was born in Hackensack, NJ, but as children we moved around a lot to many different cities and countries. I’ve spent 6 years of my life living in Asheville and I have seen it change and thrive throughout the years. My father is an immigrant from Jamaica, and my mother is from NY. I am the youngest of 6 children. I am recently married and have two lovely babies. 

I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology and have my master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology (I-O psychology), which I believe will help me thrive in my current position. My goal is to get my doctorate in I-O psychology later down the line. 

I also have a lot of experience with case management. I served as a caseworker for child protective services and as a caseworker for an insurance company. I appreciate the experience I gained from case management. It was very fulfilling working as a direct advocate for individuals/families and helping make a difference in people’s lives.  

More random facts about me- I enjoy reading or listening to a good audio book. I like trying new restaurants and I’ll try any type of food at least once. I’m currently raising chickens, and soon I’ll add on some ducks, and hopefully some goats.
